Brice’s career has included leadership roles in a number of aerospace and defense related businesses in the Pacific Northwest. Brice’s work in aerospace gives him a firsthand perspective on the importance of quality in any manufacturing environment. His passion for farming brought him to the world of producing beer and spirits. He has an Master’s in Business from The Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
Daniel was the head distiller at Clear Creek Distillery in Portland, OR for 12 years. He spearheaded multiple new products within and outside of the brand. During his time at Clear Creek the distillery gained many international awards and accolades including 9 James Beard nominations. He received a Food Science degree with a focus on fermentation at Oregon State University with additional studies and work studies at Weihenstephan and Isa’s Brau in Germany. Daniel has helped consult and set up distilleries as far away as Cambodia. He speaks English, Spanish and German and is especially fluent in fermentation and distillation.
Kyle has spent his career in the craft brewing industry, recently as Head Brewer at Siren Craft Brew in the UK and Double Mountain Brewery in Hood River, OR before that. He has helped facilitate multiple expansions, focusing on product quality, consistency and systems engineering. Kyle holds an MSc in Brewing and Distilling from Herriot Watt University. Most recently, he helped Siren Craft Brew earn CAMRA’s Supreme Champion Beer of Britain with Broken Dream, a Breakfast Stout. Kyle and family moved back from the UK to launch their own brewery, Kings & Daughters, which is brewed at Back Forty Beverage.
Jeanine is an expert sales and marketing manager whose career spans nearly two decades in the food and beverage industry. She spent 13 years with Clear Creek Distillery in national sales and marketing, product development and created their tasting room and tour program. Working and traveling to 49 states in the US and 14 countries has allowed Jeanine to study and gain experience in both the US and global markets. Aside from work, she enjoys reading, writing, traveling and researching how the food we eat makes the journey to our mouths.
